Office Manager and project support. Caroline is first point of contact for profiling work and is heavily involved in the analysis and presentation of profiling and survey results. With her finger firmly on the pulse of Matrix activities, our clients have come to rely on Caroline to keep them right in terms of survey completion, programme dates and venues and project administration details. A highly skilled professional, she is one of the key foundations of our excellent track record in project management and delivery.
Jamie has been in the Matrix team since 2008 and is an experienced business growth strategy and innovation consultant specialising in effective strategic development for software, science and technology related businesses. Jamie has worked with over 300 new and growing businesses in the planning and implementation of strategy and innovation systems.
Coral Smith: Coral is an experienced HR Professional who has worked in Operational and Strategic HR within the manufacturing and engineering industry. Coral is a Chartered HR Professional trained coach, mediator and Saltire Fellow having studied at the prestigious Babson College in Boston rated #1for Entrepreneurship. Coral has led projects across all areas of organisational development and is highly experienced in employee wellbeing, organsational design, talent management, succession planning and change management.
Kate Wilson: Kate’s background is in representing HR at Board level for leading Scottish businesses with staff complements of up to 6,000. In addition, Kate has had substantial success in working with over 70 SMEs to achieve IiP accreditation and business improvement. She has in-depth experience in the areas of HR, people strategy and, organisational development. She specialises in Leadership, Management and Team Development and Performance.
Helen Potter: Helen is a Chartered Marketer and Innovation Engineer with over 25 years’ experience in new product development in a career spanning senior technical and marketing roles in both the packaging and drinks industries. When responsible for Innovation within Global Marketing at Edrington, Helen devised, developed and launched a new portfolio for The Famous Grouse adding an incremental profit of over £12M. During this time, she enjoyed the mentorship of Doug Hall, founder of Eureka! Ranch and The Innovation Engineering Institute, gaining the highest certification possible in I.E. In 2015 Doug Hall awarded her a license to practice as a fully qualified coach.
