InterTradeIreland is a cross border economic development agency that has now commissioned Matrix for two consecutive years to deliver its flagship all-island innovation programme.

The Challenge Programme is in three stages:

1)      Large briefing events where representatives from any company can attend to learn about innovation and the programme.

2)      Two days of training for business leaders on cutting edge innovation techniques and business strategy.

3)      12 in-company innovation projects where companies learn and apply innovation techniques to their business to commercialise real new products and services.
